Launch My Website ("Launch My Website," "we," "us," or "our") operates launchmywebsite.xyz and related services for website design, hosting, marketing support, and lead-generation tools. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
By using our website or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. For questions, contact support@launchmywebsite.xyz.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account & contact details — name, email address, phone/mobile number, business name, billing address, and similar information you provide when you sign up, purchase a plan, or contact us.
- Project & website content — logos, photos, copy, brand guidelines, domain details, and other materials you submit so we can design and host your site.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe (or another payment processor). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — emails, support messages, intake forms, and feedback you send us.
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and approximate location, collected through cookies, analytics, and similar technologies.
- Lead & visitor data on client sites — when we provide contact forms, booking tools, missed-call text-back, automated follow-up, or similar features on a client website, we may process names, emails, phone numbers, and message content submitted by that client's visitors (on behalf of the client).
2. SMS Communications
SMS Lead Notifications
LaunchMyWebsite may collect the mobile phone numbers of clients, business owners, and authorized employees who verbally consent to receive automated lead and website form-submission notifications.
These messages may notify recipients when a prospective customer submits a form through their business website. Messages may include information supplied through the form, such as the lead's name, telephone number, email address, requested service, and message.
Message frequency varies based on website activity and may include one message for each website form submission. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Mobile Information and Messaging Consent
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Notwithstanding anything else stated in this Privacy Policy, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide mobile information to service providers that help us operate and deliver our messaging services, including telecommunications and technology providers. These providers may process the information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
For enrollment details and messaging disclosures, see SMS Lead Notification Consent.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Design, build, host, update, and support websites and related services
- Process payments, subscriptions, invoices, and account access
- Provide marketing and lead-generation tools for clients — such as contact forms, newsletters, booking, automated website lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, SEO and local listing setup, analytics, and reputation/review features
- Send service emails and (where consented) SMS about projects, billing, and support
- Improve our products, security, and customer experience
- Comply with law, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Lead generation & marketing tools for clients
As a website design and marketing provider, we may help clients attract and respond to leads. Depending on the plan or add-ons selected, this can include:
- Website contact, intake, and job-application forms
- Automated email or text follow-up to website inquiries
- Missed-call text-back and similar callback messaging
- Online booking and payment buttons
- Newsletter signup tools
- Google Business Profile, local SEO, analytics, and Search Console setup
- Testimonials, reviews, and reputation-related site features
When we process visitor or lead data on a client's behalf, the client is typically the business that determines how that data is used. Visitors should review the privacy practices of the business whose site or number they contacted. Clients are responsible for obtaining any required consents for marketing or SMS to their leads.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate — for example payment processing (Stripe), authentication (Clerk), email delivery, hosting, SMS/telephony providers, analytics, and customer support tools. These providers may process data only as needed to perform services for us.
- Clients — lead and form data submitted on a client website is shared with that client so they can respond to inquiries.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
We do not sell personal information. As stated in the SMS Communications section above, we do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Cookies & analytics
We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
7. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Lead and messaging logs may be retained for a reasonable period for delivery, troubleshooting, and compliance.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email support@launchmywebsite.xyz. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. SMS opt-out is described in the SMS section above.
10. Children
Our services are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our site or client sites may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
